A scientific meeting in cooperation with Acto Sicilia to discuss new horizons in ovarian cancer care. Among the speakers, doctors both from Apulia and Sicily to testimony the cooperation between the two Acto pags. The meeting will be followed by a solidarity regatta of two boats, with crews formed by doctors, patients and caregivers.
Organization
Acto Puglia is member of the Acto group of patient advocacy groups engaged in the prevention and care of all gynecological cancers, consisting of 1 national and 7 regional Acto Associations in Italy, independently established and autonomous, in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Campania, Apulia and Sicily. Acto mission is to improve the awareness, to promote prevention and screening, to support equal access to care, to organize initiatives improving patinent quality of life and to advocate for their rights.
