One of the most appreciated Loto events are undoubtedly the Nordic walking sessions at the sea. To celebrate World Go Day 2025 a whole day will be dedicated to this wonderful sport and awareness event at Palombina beach, Marche region, on September 13th.
Organization
Loto is a non-profit association based on the work of volunteers, who are fighting against ovarian cancer. One of Loto ODV’s goals is to disseminate information, making women aware of diseases like ovarian cancer. It was created in 2013 by a group of patients and friends who wanted to initiate a "pioneering" pathway to deal with a disease whose causes are unknown and for which effective measures for early diagnosis are not yet available. Dedicated events, workshops and conferences, the website, social media and the newsletters are the main tools through which information, support and awareness-raising activities are carried out.
