World GO Day – Rijeka

From September 15th to 20th, a series of awareness activities will be organized with a strong focus on education and prevention. The program includes: promotion of preventive gynecological examinations; patient education and distribution of informational leaflets; social media campaigns through Polyclinic Finderle channels, highlighting the importance of World GO Day and the destigmatization of gynecological cancers; active involvement of doctors and nurses, who will wear purple World GO Day T-shirts throughout the week. All activities are organized in collaboration and with and under the coordination of World GO Day ambassador Dr. Gabrijela Sopta Primorac.

Organization

Finderle Gynecology Polyclinic is a private gynecology practice in Rijeka, employing gynecological oncology subspecialists and strongly dedicated to preventive examinations. The clinic has been very active in promoting women’s gynecological health and prevention. The patient association Srce za nju provides support to women affected by cancer in various ways and was the first association in Croatia to organize World GO Day.
