On the occasion of World Gynecologic Oncology Day, ACTO Puglia is organizing a morning dedicated to well-being, awareness, and connection with nature.
The event will take place on Sunday, September 20, from 9:00 a.m. at Foresta Mercadante in Cassano delle Murge and will include a mindful walk and a Qi Gong session led by Stefano Lestingi.
Through gentle movement, breathing, and body awareness, participants will have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and share a meaningful moment together.
The initiative also aims to highlight the importance of prevention, awareness, quality of life, and a person-centered approach to care in the context of gynecologic cancers.
