Caring for Womb Cancer Yoga

16. 9. 2026, 13:30 - 14:30
United Kingdom

As part of Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month, Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is offering a free online yoga session for people affected by womb cancer in the UK.

Join us for an hour of gentle movement, breathing and relaxation, led by Claire Whalley from The Yoga for Life Project and specialist cancer nurse and yoga teacher Sue Skelton.

The session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind and spirit, release physical and mental tension and find a sense of inner calm. You can join from a chair, bed or yoga mat, and no previous yoga experience is needed.

This session is for people living in the UK.

Organization

Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is a UK-based charity working to improve the lives of those with and affected by womb cancer (also known as uterine or endometrial cancer). We do this by raising awareness, supporting and advocating for patients, and funding and promoting research. We provide trusted information and support to everyone affected by womb cancer through our website and social media, and by hosting regular support and educational events, including monthly coffee mornings.
