The association “Nismo sami” from Majdanpek, a member of the Women’s Center Milica will mark World GO Day on September 19th through dance, togetherness and solidarity.
For us, dance is more than movement. It is a way to come together, give each other strength and remind every woman facing gynecological cancer that she is not alone.
World GO Day is an opportunity to speak openly about prevention, early detection and access to timely and quality treatment, but also about the importance of support throughout the entire journey — from diagnosis and treatment to life after cancer.
On September 19 association “Nismo sami” will dance for every woman who has faced cancer, for those who are still undergoing treatment.

The association "Nismo sami" from Majdanpek, a member of the network of organizations for the support and advocacy of women affected by breast and gynecological cancers, led by the Women’s Center Milica from Serbia, is dedicated to promoting women’s health and raising awareness about the importance of prevention. Through its activities, the association "Nismo sami" provides support to people affected by cancer, with a special focus on women, while working to raise awareness about the importance of prevention and early detection. Its work is rooted in solidarity, community support, and the belief that no one should face cancer alone.
