"El Poder de Ser Mujer" returns to the Centro Cultural Chacao to celebrate its 5th anniversary and the 3rd edition of 2026: A LEAP TO HOPE, "IN HONOR OF THEM." We warmly welcome you to "Purple Month." With deep gratitude, we value our collaboration this September, uniting our voices to commemorate World Gynecological Oncology Day alongside @WorldGoDay, institutional allies, medical specialists, artist, the business sector, and citizens. In this 5th edition, we reaffirm our commitment to education, social work and awareness, proudly remaining pioneers in Latin America and Venezuela.

El Poder de Ser Mujer is a non – profit organization that works for the personal and economic empowerment of our latina community. We are a non-profit organization that seeks to build the capacity of Latina women in the DC metropolitan area, motivating them to develop all of their talent and potential. We do this through educational programs that we hold around the D.C area.
