Gynecologic Cancer Awareness
The Iranian Society of Gynecologic Oncology is marking World GO Day on September 20 with a nationwide gynecologic cancer awareness campaign. Bringing together senior experts and the new generation of gynecologic oncologists in Iran, the campaign aims to raise public awareness about gynecologic cancers, promote prevention and early detection, and highlight evidence-based screening and treatment. Through a dedicated awareness video in Persian, we are sharing an important message with Iranian women and families: “Awareness Today, Healthier Women Tomorrow.”
Organization
The Iranian Society of Gynecologic Oncology (IRSGO) brings together gynecologic oncology specialists and experts from across Iran. The Society is committed to advancing the prevention, early detection, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers through education, professional collaboration, evidence-based guidelines and public awareness. It also supports the education and development of the next generation of gynecologic oncologists and works to improve the quality of cancer care for women in Iran.
