On 20th September 2025, Pink Hearts Cancer Foundation in partnership with World GO Day will host "Mama’s Health, Mama’s Power", a community-based health activation at Githurai Market, Kiambu County Kenya. The event is designed to bring gynecological cancer awareness to the heart of the community. The women who sustain households and drive small businesses. From ‘mama mbogas’ to tailors and salonists, these women often put family and work first, neglecting their own health. Through interactive health talks, live Q&A sessions, screening information and storytelling from survivors, we’ll create an engaging, relatable and empowering experience.

Organization

We are committed to providing hope, love, and support to cancer survivors while actively working towards reducing new cancer cases in Kenya. We operate nationwide, partnering with various organizations that share our mission of empowering individuals and communities in the fight against cancer. We focus on: ✔ Prevention – Encouraging healthy lifestyles, promoting HPV vaccination, and educating communities on cancer risk factors. ✔ Early Detection & Diagnosis – Facilitating cancer screening and medical camps through collaborations with health facilities. ✔ Survivorship Support – Providing prostheses, assistive devices, psychological counseling, and financial support for treatment. ✔ Advocacy- across the whole cancer care continum.
