We will organize the event in the center of our city - Bialystok. Its goal is to raise awareness among the residents of our region about cancer prevention, with a particular focus on gynecological cancers. The event is educational, offering the opportunity for consultations and discussions with doctors and other professionals involved in oncology. This year, we would like to invite experts such as a gynecologic oncologist, breast surgeon, geneticist, dermatologist, psychologist, and dietitian. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to consult with rehabilitation specialists, primarily regarding lymphedema and gynecological rehabilitation.
Organization
The Eurydyki Association is an organization that brings together women with cancer. It has been operating since 2014. The association's activities include organizing projects and workshops that support cancer treatment, psychological, dietary, and rehabilitation workshops, support groups, integration meetings, relaxation and sports activities, social campaigns, and initiatives to support women battling cancer, as well as volunteer shifts at the University Oncology Center.
