The “Reha-Kreativ-Survivorship Tour” aims to give women with gynecological cancer across Germany insight into artistic therapies and to improve their quality of life both during and after cancer. BEYOND — our current photo campaign — shows how women with metastatic ovarian cancer continue to actively participate in life and remain part of the community even during this highly critical phase. Let’s talk more about women’s cancers. Let’s break down prejudices!
Organization
The Ovarian Cancer Foundation works to ensure that patients and their relatives as well as all those involved in the health system are better and more specifically informed about this disease. The members of the Foundation want to change that still too many patients die from this disease and support all projects that maintain and improve the understanding, the treatment results in terms of tumour control and also the quality of life. The Foundation’s work focuses above all on the topics of information and education.
