16. 9. - 2. 10. 2026, 22:59
Portugal
MOG will organize the fourth edition of the "Scars in the First Person" photography exhibition at El Corte Inglés, accompanied by a roundtable discussion exploring the photographers' perspectives, the importance of self-image and self-esteem, and their impact on mental health throughout the cancer journey. The discussion will have the participation of the photographers behind the exhibition, as well as two psychologists, one of whom is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on the identity of women living with gynaecological cancer, bringing both clinical and research perspectives to the conversation. All the women participating in the exhibition are women with gynaecological cancers, sharing their personal stories through photography.
