Solidarity Walk for World Gynecological Cancer Day – Portugal

The MOG Association, in partnership with Rotary Club Lisboa-Olivais, is organizing a Solidarity Walk to mark World GO Day. This initiative aims to raise awareness about gynecological cancers, promote health literacy, and support women affected by these diseases.

In Portugal alone, more than 3,000 women are diagnosed with gynecological cancers every year — approximately 10 per day — highlighting the urgent need for greater awareness and early detection. The walk will take place in Lisbon, covering a 6 km route along the riverside.
