The two-stage programme supports the early detection of precancerous changes and cancer. Stage 1 includes consultations with a gynecologist and therapist; digital colposcopy; ECG; thyroid, breast and transvaginal pelvic ultrasound; complete blood and urine tests; thyroid hormones; urogenital flora testing; a Pap test; and CA 15-3, CA 125 and CEA markers. Esperanto Med is a multidisciplinary surgical and oncology centre in Odesa, Ukraine, focused on women’s cancers. Its team provides gynecologic oncology, oncologic surgery, mammology and clinical oncology, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and hormone therapy.
